Today I rushed to breakfast with my hair still half-wet because we have to leave early. Breakfast at Alma was really tasty, and even though we were short on time, we still managed to fill our plates three times and eat every bite.

I also learned that opuntia fruit is called "tuna" in Peru, which was unexpected.
PS. The the beetroot juice was excellent.

Dziś pognałam na śniadanie z jeszcze półmokrymi włosami, bo musimy wcześnie wyjechać. Śniadanie w Almie było naprawdę pyszne, i mimo że mieliśmy mało czasu, udało nam się napełnić talerze trzy razy i zjeść wszystko do ostatniego kęsa.

Dowiedzieliśmy się też, że owoc opuncji nazywa się w Peru "tuna" (tuńczyk), co było dla nas zaskoczeniem.
PS. Sok z buraka był znakomity.
