For dinner, we stay at the hotel’s restaurant – Papillon. Good choice. They definitely know how to cook. Everything is so very delicious. We eat much more than we should, but hey ho, these are holidays.
Na kolację zatrzymujemy się w hotelowej restauracji – Papillon. I to jest bardzo dobra decyzja. Zdecydowanie potrafią tu gotować, wszystko jest absolutnie pyszne. Pożeramy rzecz jasna znacznie więcej niż powinniśmy, ale hej ho, w końcu to są wakacje.
This afternoon we transferred to U-Pattaya. This is our treat this holiday. We stay in the Beachfront Pool Villa, which has a fantastic view of the sea and a private infinity pool with a front glass wall. The bedroom and bathroom are open-spaced and spacious.
Po południu przenieśliśmy się do U-Pattayi. To jest nasza wisienka na torcie tych wakacji. Nie ma oszczędzania tym razem, jest za to Beachfront Pool Villa, z fantastycznym widokiem na morze i prywatnym basenem typu infinity z przednią szklaną ścianą. Sypialnia i łazienka są otwarte i przestronne.
Sweet treats and a bottle of red wine await our arrival. I love it here.
W pokoju przywitał nas słodki poczęstunek i butelka czerwonego wina. Już kocham to miejsce.
We spend the rest of the afternoon and an early evening ordering cocktails and frolicking in the water. A bonus – I adopted a giant pink flamingo now floating in my pool (a few of them are scattered around the hotel grounds). What a nice touch.
Resztę popołudnia i wczesny wieczór spędzamy na zamawianiu koktajli i pluskaniu się w wodzie. Bonus – zaadoptowałam gigantycznego różowego flaminga, który pływa teraz w moim basenie (kilka z nich jest rozrzuconych po terenie hotelu). Co za miły akcent.

It is our last breakfast in the Golden Tulip as this afternoon we transfer to the U Pataaya.
For now, we leave our luggage at the hotel and take a taxi to the Art in Paradise. And there, for several hours, we behave like seven-year-olds. I don't need to write anything; the pictures are enough.
Zostawiamy nasze bagaże w recepcji hotelu i jedziemy taksówką do Art in Paradise. I tam przez kilka godzin zachowujemy się jak siedmiolatki. nie muszę nic pisać; zdjęcia wystarczą.

For dinner tonight we booked Italian La Bocca. It is nice to have a change in cuisine once every while. It is relatively empty when we get here, which makes me a bit worried at first but food proves me wrong. Everything is really delicious and we eat much too much, as always. It starts to rain when we are in the middle of our dinner, but the rain does not last very long. It is supposed to be the beginning of raining season in Bangkok area but it is the first rain we see in Thailand.
Na dzisiejszy obiad zarezerwowaliśmy włoską La Bocca. Miło jest raz na jakiś czas zjeść coś nie azjatyckiego. Kiedy docieramy do restauracji, jest stosunkowo pusto, co na początku trochę mnie martwi, ale jedzenie udowadnia, że nie ma ku temu powodow. Wszystko jest naprawdę pyszne i jak zawsze jemy o wiele za dużo. Kiedy jesteśmy w trakcie posiłku zaczyna lać deszcz, ale nie trwa zbyt długo. Teraz jest początek sezonu deszczowego w okolicach Bangkoku, ale to pierwszy deszcz, jaki widzimy w Tajlandii.
Today was so full of events we decided to spend the late afternoon and the evening in the hotel. Drinks on the beach came first.

Then it is time for the swimming pool and a newly discovered fun: dunking the iPhone.

And then we decided it was time for the drinks again (oops) until the sky got dark, and it was time to go for dinner.
